Involvement in any of the following activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Exploiting technical errors in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Using a third-party payment account.
• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Colluding with other users or placing coordinated bets.
• Operating an account with a false identity or false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

ctg55 may investigate or suspend any account at any time without providing a reason if unusual activity is suspected.

7.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet will only be considered final when the system has successfully accepted and confirmed it. ctg55 will not be held responsible if a bet is not processed due to a network issue — however, any amount deducted from the user's account will be refunded.

7.2 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

ctg55 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If the outcome of a game is suspicious or evidence of manipulation is found.

7.3 Result Disputes

If you have an objection regarding any result, please contact the support team within 24 hours of the incident. ctg55's decision will be considered final.
